Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way

  • Create viral content for Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram to grow the company’s accounts (3 separate brands):

  • Images and infographics using Adobe Photoshop and Canva

  • Videos using video creation software such as iMovie, Biteable, Power Point and WeVideo

  • Blog Articles

  • Manage and schedule the social media content daily both manually and using online tools such as CoSchedule, Instagress and Schedugram.

  • Optimise individual blog pages for lead generation and SEO (keyword research, link building, meta tags and descriptions)

  • Work alongside the team leader to create new product funnels.

  • Develop and manage different newsletter segments in an email service provider (Aweber). Create promotional email marketing campaigns and constantly work on improving KPIs such as click-through-rates and open rates.

  • Manage a team of freelance copywriters to ensure best possible performance.

  • Deliver insightful KPI reports to keep on track and improve digital marketing ROI (Google Analytics, Wickedreports, Infusionsoft and Social Media Insights). Review and revise campaigns in light of new sales figures and revenue forecast.

  • Stay abreast of changes in media, campaigns, readership and viewing figures and adjust accordingly.


  • Degree in Marketing/Advertising and/or digital marketing qualifications

  • Proven relevant experience of working in digital marketing in either B2C or agency

  • Online and off-line copywriting experience

  • Experience in Wordpress CMS

  • Excellent track record of managing and growing social media accounts, including Facebook and Pinterest

  • Excellent working knowledge of content creation programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, WeVideo, Biteable or other video creation software

  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting programs such as Google Analytics, WickedReports and Excel

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing programs such as Aweber or MailChimp and marketing automation programs like Infusionsoft

  • Strong understanding of onsite and off-site SEO and Google Algorithms.

  • Google certification in Analytic and Adwords is desirable

  • A keen interest in the ever-changing world of Digital Marketing

  • Interest in Personal Development
