Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team based in Banbury.

Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all purchase ledger invoices are been processes accurately and in a timely manner

  • Check the invoices have been correctly approved and are ready for monthly supplier payment runs.

  • Processing monthly supplier payment runs

  • Ensuring all urgent invoice queries are followed up immediately.

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Responsible for the weekly checking, processing and paying of staff expenses

  • Monthly PAYE reconciliations

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have significant previous experience within a Purchase Ledger team.

The individual must be a team player, with exceptional organisational skills.

Job Offer

The salary on offer is dependent upon previous experience circa £18,000 to £22,000 plus a generous benefits package.
