Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team based in Banbury.
Our client is a successful global organisation with local operations in Banbury. They are well known for looking after their staff and encouraging career development.
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
Ensuring all purchase ledger invoices are been processes accurately and in a timely manner
Check the invoices have been correctly approved and are ready for monthly supplier payment runs.
Processing monthly supplier payment runs
Ensuring all urgent invoice queries are followed up immediately.
Supplier statement reconciliations
Responsible for the weekly checking, processing and paying of staff expenses
- Monthly PAYE reconciliations
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have significant previous experience within a Purchase Ledger team.
The individual must be a team player, with exceptional organisational skills.
The salary on offer is dependent upon previous experience circa £18,000 to £22,000 plus a generous benefits package.
