What’s the role?

We’re looking for Account Managers and Sales Specialists with experience of heavy duty tools to join our regional sales team!

We currently have positions within Cambridge / Peterborough and also the South West (Bristol would be ideal!)

It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. What does the role involve?

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be out visiting our customers, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses. Our Diamond tools are cutting edge - so you’ll have a passion for what they can do!

Day to day you'll report to your regional head of sales, who will also be there to manage your career.

What you need is:

  • University Degree or equivalent preferred (though not essential)
  • Relevant functional experience and commercial knowledge in order to interact with internal and external customers. Strong emotional intelligence and business acumen. You will ideally have experience working directly within the Diamond & Demolition sector - although strong field sales candidates with the drive to succeed will also be considered!
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Results oriented and pro-active -a consistent overachiever of goals and objectives.
  • Ideally living in or willing to relocate to Cambridge
  • For future career progression, ideally must be mobile within the U.K.
