Payroll & Benefits Manager

I am currently looking to recruit a highly knowledgeable EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager to join a very reputable and well recognised client to work within their Scotland based office. You must have experience of International payroll and team management to be considered for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who would like to re-locate, take the next step in their career and work for one of the most reputable Financial Services organisations in the world. You will be working within a large volume environment covering multi country payrolls including the administration of company compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for monitoring SLA agreements, control frameworks, auditing requirements and implementing process and procedural changes. As the Payroll & Benefits Manager you will look after your own smaller team within the payroll function monitoring work, holding 1-1's, training and development and mid/end of year evaluation of the team.
