Regional Sales Manager- Automatic Door Sales

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the leading provider of the highest quality automatic doors and associated products and services across the UK, specialising in offering a range of sliding doors, automatic doors, folding doors, swing doors, revolving doors, telescopic doors, and curved doors with clients ranging from small builders to large multiple retailers, local authorities, and public sector organisations to corporate businesses.
SALARY: £35,000 to £39,000 + Commision- including company car, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone
LOCATION: Field sales role covering the M1 corridor, Northampton to Newcastle (Rugby, Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Bradford, Leeds, Wetherby, Borough bridge, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland)
In this role, you will be expected to use your home as your office along with being out on the road selling. You will be selling 50% Account Management of Tier 1 and 2 Construction and Corporate, 30% Specification Sales again T1 and T2 architectural practice and 20% New Business Development T1 and T2 National Retail, NHS, Local GOV. The main responsibilities in this role will be to identify and contact potential clients within the allocated sales area, providing clients and potential clients with the marketing information provided by the company, carry out follow up sales calls and visiting clients who have received marketing information packs within the calendar month, creating relationships with appropriate individuals, preparing quotations and presenting presentations. My client is looking for someone with over 3 years' experience within the automatic door industry, with a proven sales record of accomplishment.
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience within this industry, preferably someone who has been in the industry working as a Regional Sales Manager. You will be well presented, motivated and passionate about what you sell.
