A Credit Control role based on the outskirts of Colne, paying up to £18k per annum + excellent package
Your new company
Your new role is with a growing organisation based in the outskirts of Colne. They are currently expanding and plan to open a new site in the next year, therefore they are looking to expand on their current accounts team.
Your new role
Your new role will be primarily credit control and you will be responsible for the management off 200-250 live accounts, ensuring the debtor days are kept to a minimum and outstanding debt is chased accordingly. The values of invoices can vary between £1000 up to £200,000, therefore it is important that you are comfortable in chasing high values. You will be expected to monitor and track your progress on credit control using excel and a bespoke in house software.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience within credit control and be able to perform well in a high pressured role. You should be comfortable working on excel ensuring you can do calculations, formulas and a few pivot tables. You will need to be able to prove adaptability in terms of your tone of voice as their customers do vary throughout the public and private sector. Due to the nature of the role and the outstanding debt, you should be able to hit the ground running and show to have a strong character.

Your salary will be up to £18,000 per annum and you will receive an excellent holiday package of 25 days plus bank holidays. You will be working full time with an early finish on a Friday and benefit from on-site parking.
