Based in Preston and surrounding areas

Adecco recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Health and Social Care Assessor/Trainer to help deliver short courses and assessing QCF Diploma's to levels 2 and 3 and in some cases Level 5.

Are you ready to join an exciting and expanding Training company? Based in Chorley, Lancashire but covers most of the North West.

Due to an increased demand for their unique model of training, they require Trainer/Assessors with experience in the Health & Social Care sector, who are capable of both delivering short courses and assessing QCF Diploma's to levels 2 and 3 and in some cases Level 5.

As your assessing day will be pre planned, and you will be visiting one client per day, your travel time is kept to a minimum. Therefore, applications are invited from people living in any of the following areas: Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Bolton and surrounding areas.

Do you have great people skills and are ready for a new challenge?

They have a very low staff turnover, with assessors from 3 years ago still in employment, a rarity in the industry - if you are the right candidate for the job, they value and nurture all of their employees, supporting them to gain additional qualifications, opportunities to update your own CPD through in house training courses and lots of additional in house support through the IV and Operations Manager.

What you would need to have:

- Assessors Qualification. D32, D33, TAQA or A1 Assessors Award is essential
- Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS, CTTLS or DTTLS or be willing to work towards.
- V1 qualification is desirable.
- The ability to deliver face to face short course training sessions, which underpin the QCF units.
- Good professional personality and ability to engage/build relations with clients and staff members.
- Be able to work in small organised workshop groups - this means that you will not be required to contact individual learners or set up your own meetings, as the programme will be pre scheduled for you!

We also provide one allocated day each week to complete your paperwork in the office, meaning no more rushed admin and endless working days!

Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. The Adecco Group UK & Ireland is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
