Located in my clients stylish Shoreditch based offices, you will be working closely with some of the UK’s biggest Media Owners and Ad Agencies whilst being part of a high performing team.
My client’s digital product is an essential tool in the way that Brands and Ad Agencies communicate and you will play a key role in ensuring they receive a superb service and great results.
You will be:
• Dealing with existing clients
• Playing a key role in product integration with face to face and online coaching sessions
• Ensuring clients are maximising the product and aware of its capabilities
• Providing analytics and stats to support ROI and value
• Being the point of contact for any queries or issues
• Consistently exceeding sales target through renewals and strategic up-selling
• Attending regular face to face catch ups with these clients
The ideal candidate will:
• Have received strong sales training in a previous role
• Be great at building relationships whilst spotting opportunities for strategic growth
• Confident face to face whilst coaching and presenting
• Have a track-record of success in a previous role
• Media experience would be highly advantageous but not essential
