Currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Accounts Clerk to join an independent and privately owned business communication provider who are in the stages of setting up a new office in the Bristol area to support their ever-growing business.

As an Accounts Clerk you will be mainly responsible for the following -

- Double entry book keeping.
- Ensuring accurate financial records and reconciling.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices, receipts and payments.
- General office duties as required.
- Stock control.
- Monitoring record of annual leave and sickness.

Candidates looking to go forward for interview will need to be fully competent in the use of all Microsoft programmes with strong skills in Excel and Word. Candidates for the Accounts Clerk role will also need to have working experience using Sage Accounts. We are looking for the successful applicant to have a friendly and caring attitude, the hunger to always learn new skills and be willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate for the Accounts Clerk role will be paid a salary of up to £22,000 and will receive a holiday entitlement of 21 days per year. Typical working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
