We specialise in data rich applications and tackle a wide variety of different projects. We are focussing current and future development effort on the Microsoft Azure platform and are Microsoft technology partners, having achieved gold and silver competencies in Application Development and Cloud Platform.

The purpose of the role is to develop, test and support existing and new software solutions within the companies customer base. These solutions are built using Microsoft best practice in the latest released version of the .NET framework.

The candidate should be able to illustrate some or all of the following technical skills:

* C# or another modern language (Java etc)
* ASP.Net (MVC or WebForms)
* WPF
* Microsoft SQL Server or some SQL knowledge
* An understanding and exposure to the Software development life cycle
* 1st or 2:1 Class degree in a Computer related subject or 2 years' experience in software development

The successful candidate will be provided with in house training and be offered the option of completing Microsoft certification as part of a self-study program.

*To collaborate closely with the wider technical team and external partners to ensure that software code is aligned with customer requirements and technical environment
*To contribute regularly in quality assurance reviews of our code, projects, development approach and tools to participate in continuous improvement towards technical excellence
*To follow the development team guidelines for technical innovation, development, delivery and support
