Our client is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join their team

Duties include;

  • Checking HMRC documentation has been received and correctly completed
  • Checking personal information on the system including annual salary, NI number and bank account details
  • Checking that all required information has been received regarding final payment
  • Checking filing is up-to-date
  • Collate new starter documents and review new contracts for payroll
  • Expenses management and co-ordination
  • Any other payroll duties as necessary
  • Filing and general administration for payroll department
