Does working for one of the UK's leading Commercial FM providers sound like your ideal company? How about working for a company with recognised accreditations in Safety and Quality Systems as well as Environmental Management?

A position, the first of its kind within this expanding company, has become available in the Sheffield area - travelling between Sheffield and Nottingham and occasionally along the M1 to Leeds.

Your package will include but not be limited to:

- Company vehicle (which can be used for personal use if declared)
- Overtime hours available
- A call out ratio of 1 in 4
- Door to door payment of anything worked over standard hours plus call out
- Overtime paid at time and a half Saturday and double time Sunday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company pension scheme in various options available
- A fantastic salary of up to £25,000

To be sucessful in this role you must have experience in working as a Window fitter or something similar. You will be required to:

- fix broken latches
- re-seal windows
- re-hinge
- remove/re-fit if qualified
- repair cracked or broken glass plus other window related repairs.

A background in building fabrics or maintenance would be ideal.
