FLUENCY IN ICELANDIC IS ESSENTIAL
Client is a company whose products are available exclusively to independent members in more than 90 countries. Join us and ensure our members in the UK, Ireland and Iceland (all countries are in the same time zone) receive exceptional customer service.
You will add value by supporting Members wherever you can in their aims and business efforts. You will act as an Ambassador for Client, its products and services by answering members calls and emails, processing orders and handling queries business operations covering areas such as Member Rules & Regulations, Policies and Procedures, product information and the like. You will also liaise with other departments to ensure that accurate information is communicated to members and generally ensure their expectations are always exceeded.
You will manage associated admin, update systems and escalate service problems as needed too.
Customer Service Advisor - Member Services - Requirements
Educated to A level standard you will have Sales or Contact Centre experience and be used to using your computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills to deal with customers on the phone and by email. What makes you perfect for this role is your drive to exceed customer expectations, exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to make a positive difference in a team environment. Fluency in Icelandic will be essential.
You will also have an eye for detail and be effective at following processes and spotting opportunities to enhance the service we provide to members.
