THE ROLE: As a global organisation and house hold name with a universal brand that represents the highest quality, a highly exciting opportunity has arisen for a new regional business and sales manager.

Within the UK, a franchise model is currently used, allowing several hundred self-employed franchisees to operate within their own specific area. As with any large organisation, there are of course, times when areas are vacant. This is where you come in.

Working directly for the organisation, you will effectively be a trouble shooting sales manager, able to oversee and manage the area until a new franchisee comes in. Picking up where the franchisee left off, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the area, whether that is stock management of the mobile store, invoicing and general management or selling to the customer base, consisting of automotive end user garages and workshop. In practical terms, this represents the same as running your own business without the financial implications.

Don't worry about extended travel either as you will stay local and commutable from your house to whichever area you will be working within.

I urge anyone to apply if you have the ambition, drive and determination to succeed in this role. A background in the automotive industry from a sales or technical background is ideal, however anyone that feels they have the energy to manage what is practically your own business should apply.

With a fantastic remuneration package with an uncapped bonus, there are also long term progression opportunities both within the business itself or, if you were keen to, smoothed entry into becoming a fully-fledged franchisee.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Automotive Sales Experience - Preferred
* Automotive Technical Experience - Preferred
* Commutable to Nottinghamshire - Essential
* Full Driving Licence - Essential
