Project Manager – Tier 1 Main Contractor – East London

A leading Main Contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a £50m phase of a new build retail and leisure project in East London. Construction will start in June 2017 hence as a Project Manager you will be involved from site setup, enabling works through construction and ultimately handover to the client.

The end client is looking to redevelop the existing buildings and has committed over £195m to increase the capacity of the retail area and leisure facilities. The leisure facilities include a cinema, restaurants, over 20 cafes. The increase in floorspace for shops, cafés and restaurants is around 40,000 sqm.

Desired experience:

·Project Manager at a main contractor running or delivered retail and leisure projects from inception through to completion

·Experience with new build retail and / or leisure projects are a MUST

·Experience leading projects with construction costs of £50m++

·SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all up to date

·Degree in a construction related field is desirable

Salary and Package:

·Base salary of £100k - £125k

·£8k car allowance

·Travel Allowance

·Annual bonus of £20k - £30k

·Private healthcare

·Pension

·25 days holiday increasing to 28 with service
