Finance Administrator

AM2PM Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our clients team based in West Bromwich.

You shall assist with the efficient operation of the Finance department, including all aspects of purchase, sales and nominal ledger, bank accounts and payroll within the department.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday. Times TBC-25 hours per week.

Pay Rate: £12 - £14 per hour

This is a temporary to permanent contract with immediate interviews and start dates available!

Job Duties Include:
·Day to day management of the invoice discounting facility in both GBP and EUR.
·Update cash book and allocate receipts and payments accordingly
·Reconcile GBP and EUR bank accounts
·Assist the financial controller with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
·Provide cover for the purchase/ sales ledger and payroll clerks during periods of absence and holiday
·Any other duties that come through from the Managing Director, HR and Financial Controller

Key Performance Indicators:
·Ensure that all bank/finance accounts are reconciled and up to date
·Ensure that information concerning the cash position of the company is provided daily
·Assist with preparation of the monthly management accounts
