Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly reputable regional Law Firm, with offices in Peterborough. This exciting vacancy falls within our client’s Property division, but will also include assisting Fee Earners from other divisions on occasion.

Duties to include:
Use digital dictation systems to accurately type solicitors’ letters
Liaise with clients both face-to-face and via the telephone, ensuring professionalism at all times
Assist with the preparation of court bundles
Manage the diaries of senior colleagues
Update Land Registry information and perform regular searches

Background required:
Previous Legal Secretarial experience essential
Previous experience in conveyancing/ property law advantageous
Recent working knowledge of Case Management Systems
Proficient user of MS Office Suite, to include Word and Outlook
Excellent communication systems, both verbal and written

Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
Salary: c£16,500-19,500 D.O.E
Location: Peterborough
