* To support office-based team through the day to day operations providing the necessary support.
* People Management: 121’s, professional development plans and performance reviews.
* Create weekly and monthly reports and be analytically minded.
* Present reports and findings to company stakeholders.
* Ensure all compliance is followed and KPI’s are met.
* Build and maintain key relationships with clients and lenders.
* Implement and Manage KPI’s and SLA’s

The Successful candidate:

* Evidence of people management
* Empathetic and able to manage a varied team
* Be commercially aware and focused.
* Be an excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
