The Role
A Website Administrator is required to join and work as an integral part of a Marketing Communications Team for an expanding international business. The role would provide a range of digital and administration support to ensure branded websites perform well in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Web Team and clients
• Reporting on website performance and sales
• Analysing web data and identifying trends
• Responsible for uploading and maintaining product database on company websites
• Ordering of products
• Selecting items for promotion and setting up promotional campaigns
• Updating web pages
• Dealing with image requests from team members and clients
• Gathering/proofing marketing collateral
• Copy writing for email newsletters and various web pages plus proof-reading
• Assisting with updating of social networking sites when required and other additional marketing duties during busy periods

The Candidate
The successfully appointed Website Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
• A graduate in related degree subject or equivalent marketing administration experience
• Strong IT literacy, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, eager to develop, team-player
• Some interest in or basic knowledge of html/website maintenance is desirable

The Package
• £17,000 - £20,000 per annum
• 22 Days Holiday plus statutory bank holidays
• Free on-site car parking.
• Hours of work are 8.30am-5.00pm (with 30 minute lunch break).
