Implementation Consultant - Yeovil

A leading supplier of Software based solutions to the NHS requires an Implementation Consultant to ensure the successful implementation and support of Software solutions.
Ensuring that software delivery and support meets quality thresholds and is delivered in a timely, efficient manner.


Delivery of services, such as software upgrades, patch, applications, consultancy and implementation tasks assigned by the Customer Services Manager or Project Manager, either in the office or on-site.
Providing in-project implementation support and issues, resolution in line with implementation requirements.
Providing 2nd line BAU helpdesk support and issues resolution in line with customer Service Level Agreements as required.
Provide reactive hardware/software support on site as required.
Carrying out activities as assigned by the Customer Services Manager.
Assist with software and patch testing as required.
Attending meetings with customers and business partners as required.

Skills Required:

4+ years product / software support experience (NHS bases software support ideal)
Software implementation experience
Strong customer support skills
Strong SQL skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organising ability.
Excellent engagement and communication skills.
Ability to inform and persuade others.
Ability to impart knowledge to others.
Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT
projects environment.
Microsoft Office Product Suite competence
Sound understanding of Microsoft SQL Server databases (version 2008 upwards).
UK Driving license with willingness to work away / stay overnight
from home.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - desirable
