Permanent - £65,000 + Package

One of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary Main Contracts is currently searching for a Senior Site Manager to join their team on a £70 Million scheme in South West London. This scheme will consist of multiple refurbishments to the town Hall and surrounding building and will also bring nearly 200 new homes to the area.

As Senior Site manager you will be responsible for a major section of the works, starting off with the Cat B fit-out of the Town Hall and moving onto the surrounding buildings accordingly. You will be reporting directly to a Project Manager and will serve as one of two Senior Site Manager tasked with overseeing construction activities on this redevelopment.

Role:

  • Manage all site activities on a day-to-day basis, reporting to a Project Manager.

  • Act as a senior manager to junior staff including Logistics Manager and Assistant Site Managers.

  • Ensure all Health & Safety is carried out to company standards.

  • Liaise with Sub-contractors, in house commercial staff and clients to deliver the project on budget, to specification and on time.

  • Conduct site meetings with Sub-contractors, clients and senior members of you team.

Required:

  • Candidates must have 5 years prior experience working in a Site Management position.

  • Experience working on projects valuing up to £30 Million +.

  • Experience delivering Cat B fit-outs projects is essential due to the nature of the internal works throughout this project.

  • Essential certificates include SMSTS, CSCS (Managers Card) and First Aid.
