Payroll Administrator - We are currently recruiting for an experienced Part Time Payroll Administrator on behalf of a family run laundry company based in Great Yarmouth. Hours are 24 per week Monday to Wednesday.

This organisation are seeking an experienced and motivated payroll professional to take full control of the payroll function and hit the ground running within a small finance team. However you will be required to establish good working relationships with management and colleagues.

Main responsibilities include:

- Processing weekly payroll from start to finish for circa 200 employees across 2 sites
- Maintaining staff records including new staff information
- Making sure the staff clocking system is up to date
- Maintaining payroll software
- Submission and management of pension information
- Monthly and weekly submissions to HMRC
- Yearend payroll processing
- Nominal reconciliations

Skills and attributes required:

- Previous experience within a similar role essential
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritize work load
- Fantastic attention detail is essential
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Great communication skills
- Brilliant organisation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- HR knowledge advantageous, although not essential

Experience of payroll processing is essential in this role as are good communication skills as you will be required to resolve issues from both staff, managers and external agencies.
