Customer Service Sales Representative - Call Centre - Job Summary

Our client are a niche wholesale business who are one of the leading names in their highly specialised field. They work closely with a number of different accounts on a nationwide basis providing a range of highly unique retail products. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service standards and established long lasting relationships with their client base.

The role is phone based on a Monday-Friday basis. The salary is initially £15,500 basic with a £20,000 (pro-rata) Guaranteed OTE over the probation period. Once probation is passed, this increases to a basic of £16,000 with an OTE of circa £23,000

Customer Service Sales Representative - Call Centre - Role Responsibility

Contact existing customers by phone to sell appropriate products
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Increase the value of orders placed by gaining a thorough understanding of each customer and what they sell
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and continued business growth
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database
Place all customer orders on the order management system
Manage incoming calls from customers
Attend regular product and sales training sessions
Produce and present reports as required relating to all aspects of your role and responsibilities
