The role is the administration of new & used light commercial vehicle sales and rental for this company. They offer a "package" solution (sales, service & rental) to their customers. Ideal for small businesses, they give free, expert advice and are a specialist supplier to UK frozen food franchises. Turnover for 2017 is expected to be approx £2.2 million.

Key responsibilities are, as follows, but not limited to:-
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner & directing incoming calls appropriately
- Maintaining the company quotation system
- Communicating well with established suppliers, issuing all Purchase Orders and following them up
- Setting up Finance Proposals and submitting them to the Finance Companies
- Some sales invoicing when necessary
- Learning about the in-house production schedule in relation to vehicle deliveries & specifications
- Providing full office cover in the event of absence of other office staff for any reason

This list is not exhaustive and the administrator will be required to undertake any tasks which they are suitably qualified and experienced to undertake.

Applicants should possess previous experience of a busy, dynamic office and have an excellent telephone manner & communication skills. They must be very computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel to ensure consistency of service and a high degree of accuracy. They must also have an excellent attendance and timekeeping record, together with a full & clean driving licence.

Training will be given where necessary, however, they are looking to appoint a self-motivated person with great communication and organisational skills and a willingness to undertake additional duties.
