About the Role:

- Liaising with customers via phone and email, ensuring we provide the best possible customer service
- Raising Export & UK sales orders
- Checking letters of credit
- Producing export documentation including invoices, certificates of origin
- Raising quotes
- Checking stock
- Sending order confirmations
- Raise QCA customer concern requests and arranging returns where necessary
- Arrange timely dispatch of sales orders liaising with the warehouse, couriers and customers
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments, relevant customer or operational issues
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety & quality management
- Any other tasks deemed by the company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role


- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to get things done with minimum supervision
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to details
- Flexible approach with the ability to manage rapidly fluctuating workloads
- A sound knowledge of despatch and good management practices
- "can do" attitude, self motivated
- Confident interpersonal skills
- Export documentation and process experience is essential
- Management experience or a desire to grow into management would be beneficial
