We are currently searching for an Account Director to join a freethinking digital marketing agency who are considered the "architects" within the rapidly growing world of digital. Our client has high expectations but are also mirrored by a supportive and experienced team of professionals which helps to facilitate their creative atmosphere.
The role will see you have a direct input into the paid search advertising campaigns and strategies for the companies well established client base. Your role will also see you help to identify scope and implement opportunities to improve the work-flow and to also increase the efficiency with which they operate.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing performance digital marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of PPC, Display, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing and how these integrate within the entire digital mix. You will have experience working on large scale PPC accounts (multiple accounts, markets, above £1m per year in ad spend).
Ideally, you'll have been educated to a degree level within a Business, Marketing or IT related subject and you have 5 year's experience in a paid media environment. Alongside demonstrating a clear passion for the world of digital it's also crucial you can demonstrate first class client and people management skills and a willingness to constructively challenge colleagues and other agencies/clients alike.
