This company is looking for a motivated and talented junior developer who has a great eye for detail, and passion for customer service, to join their global, and national award winning team.

The ideal candidate will be able to reverse engineer existing code, to be able to provide solutions to potential problems, have a keen interest in all areas of development - and be highly approachable to a wide array of different customers and their businesses that we serve.

Daily tasks will include:

- Assist with building websites to compliant, modern standards,

- Deal with technical website queries and support requests,
- Assist with the day to day operations of client websites.

Being a real part of their team will be the most important factor when it comes to deciding on the successful candidate. They are not looking for someone to sit in the corner all day and code, but for a person that can join in, in all aspects of the day to day working enviroment that is their studio.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- A keen attention to detail,
- Excellent communication skills,
- A passion for the industry,
- Self motivated,
- Team player,
- Ability to think outside the box/above and beyond,
- Love Marvel Comics and the colour Green!

They understand this is a Junior position, and qualifications are not a requirement to be successful in applying for this role.

The ability to demonstrate experience in most of the areas below is however a basic requirement:

- HTML,
- CSS (SASS/LESS/SCSS desirable),
- Javascript/jQuery,
- PHP,
- Experience of responsive website design,
- An understanding of modern CMS's,
- Adobe products,
- Google products.

Perks

Room to grow - This position has a competitive salary, and the room to grow in whatever direction it takes you. They highly encourage ongoing development - with lots of training potential.

Lots of holiday - 25 days holiday per annum, along with an extra 8 for the bank holidays. They also operate flex time, so if you want to leave a few hours early one day, that's fine!

Fun Environment - A relaxed working environment will ensure that you have a great time when you're at the office. Nerf guns and video games are the norm!

Awesome Pension - Planning for the future can be boring, but at least have the comfort in knowing that you can have an above average pension with lots of options, provided by AVIVA.

They understand that not all developers are the same, so if you feel you fit the bill, please send your CV.
