Management Support Officer
Providing a wide variety of administrative tasks including record keeping, filing and storage of internal documentation and dissemination of information which will assist in the delivery of a high quality, customer centred and inclusive library and information service.
Post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the public (written and telephone) as well as with Council staff and external partners. Post holder must be adaptable to a range of tasks and duties.
Post holder will be involved in a broad range of duties, including off-site work. Post holder will be dealing with the public via email and telephone. Day to day tasks will vary and change.
