Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join as a part of the Timesheets Team. You will be required to process candidate timesheets, calculating the breakdown of hours in line with client requirements. As well as raising discrepancies with the candidate and Sales Department as necessary ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is provided at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the collection of timesheets for candidates ensuring they meet client requirements and follow up on any you reject.
- Calculate hours and review shift allocation to ensure accurate payment.
- Verify timesheets received to reduce risk of fraud.
- Process expense claim forms and annual leave requests.
- Post payslips in time for payday, reducing the number of enquires on payday.
- Send invoices to clients accompanied by the appropriate timesheets for prompt payment.
- Assist in recording information towards the weekly production of KPI's.
- Work towards your individual and team targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as agreed with your Line Manager.
- Attend 1-1's with your Line Manager to review targets and KPIs and analysis against personal performance.
- Carry out all duties within agreed SLA's adhering to company policy and standards at all times.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties applicable to your role and within the finance department as and when required.

Person Specification:

Experience in the following:

- Managing a busy workload to meet necessary deadlines
- Working in a fast paced office environment
- Working in a finance department or high volume pay and bill function
Experience within the same sector and recruitment is desirable

Qualifications:

- GCSE English & Mathematics (or equivalent) Grade C or above

Knowledge & Expertise:

- Competent user of IT, including Microsoft Word & Excel (preferably intermediate), Outlook and internet
- Understanding of basic business finance
- Strong analytical/numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Desirable - Experience of using SAP
- Desirable - Experience in using Tempaid and/or Aspire
