Job Description
You will be part of a team providing a quality service for their clients. The Quotes department is fast paced dealing with incoming emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.

St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Key Responsibilities
- Make and answer calls to clients/Sub Contracts/ Engineers
- Send and respond to emails - Clients/Colleagues/Sub Contractors/ Engineers
- Regularly update bespoke IT system
- Compose and amend Quotes from Engineers and Sub Contractors
- Send accepted quoted works orders to Sub Contractors and Engineers
- Regular use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Regular checks for any changed Quotes/acceptances
- Conference Calls

Necessary Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Eye for detail
- General enquires to be dealt with efficiently
- Be able to build good rapport
