My client is a dynamic fast growing business supplying a range outdoor products to major retailers in the UK, Europe and the USA. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The Role: The primary duty will be to allocate stock and process sales orders for our trade customers; liaise with our sales managers and agents; general administrative work within the sales team.

Requirements and Skills: The successful candidate will need:

Good computer skills - must be able to learn how to use our business and product management software effectively. Experience of using Sage 200 would be a distinct advantage.

Excellent communication skills, you must be confident and able to communicate effectively with customers and sales personnel both on the phone and via email.

Ability to manage end to end order processing, dealing B2B sales administration and building relationships with clients.

An ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.

Must be numerate, highly organised and work as part of a team.

We will provide training and support to the right candidate, and there are good prospects to progress within the company. Previous experience in a comparable role would be advantageous.
