About this Role:

The role is to project manage the build of a new 27 million build of student accommodation.

You would lead through the different phases, from the design plans to final stage of bidding.

Take on a leadership role with the project team, providing both direction and technical advice.

Support and manage the team set up (builders, financial specialists, legal experts, outside consultants, representatives of the public authorities and the contracting authorities).

Manage the projects to meet schedule, budget and quality of the build as well as all aspects of the client relationship so that the final delivery meets client expectations.

About the Company/Client/Project:

This opportunity is with the busy and well established regional office of a larger top twenty multi-national main contractor, based in Bristol.

With an annual turnover of £80m plus, they have a proven track record in the delivery of schemes in the commercial, healthcare, higher education, student accommodation and heritage sectors.

Geographical patch covers the Bristol, Bath, Devon, Gloucestershire, and South Wales.

Projects range from £25m-£50m in value, and are secured on a mixture of frameworks, negotiated work with repeat clients, and competitive tenders.

They have a reputation for quality, safety, plus staff retention, development and progression

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Degree within construction industry with experience of at least 2 to 3 years working on large projects.

Standard qualifications are required SMSTS, 1st Aid, CSCS etc.
