I am currently recruiting for an completions administrator to join one of the largest private family owned construction companies in the UK.

My client is looking for an experienced administrator who has repairs and maintenance experience to join their team based in North London on a temp to perm bases paying between 22- 24k depending on experience.

As a completions administrator you job responsibilities will include:

·Produce in house labour report daily and cross reference all previous day’s job reports received

·Chase any missing report from labour report

·Run daily/weekly overdue reports against traffic light system to identify target dates, and sent out to your sub-contractors requesting updates

·Identify and escalate to your line manager any reports not received after the 24 hour period

·Confirm sub-contractor appointments day and ensure updates have been received from previous days appointments

·Manage allocated event status daily

·Complete emergencies down daily and ensure targets are met

·Identify and ensure all correct information is obtained in order to move jobs on

·Answer telephone enquires

·Re-arrange appointment as required and update all parties

·Meet daily targets of 65 completions per day

·Individually reduce your sub-contractor and operatives over-dues week on week as well as working collectively as a team to achieve targets

·Ensure KPI’s and targets are meet

·Working within a team to achieve goals and targets

·Any other adhoc administrative duties, when required.

To be successful you will need previous admin experience with in repairs and maintenance and Social Housing.
