An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join one of world's leading enterprise communications solutions providers.


As an IT Support technician you will be working direct with users to provide support relating to infrastructure, fixing infrastructure/anmd service issues to ensure that the business is able to continue with its duties as usual with minimal delya. This is a challenging technical support role where every day will be different and you will use industry leading tools to support users and eliminate problems.

You will be responsible for onsite level 1 & 2 resolution to end users for IT issues:

- Process and prioritise incoming customer ticket and/or requests for assistance within agreed SLA's
- Troubleshoot and solve PC hardware, software, or network problems
- Remotely accessing workstations and servers to perform necessary maintenance and fix issues that arise
- Providing physical and remote support for operating systems and programs as well as other business applications such as SAP, JIRA, sDMS.
- Providing support for application connectivity and access issues
- Monitor and manage systems to help effectively manage our networks
- Small project based installs of hardware or services


- PC hardware and software skills
- Windows Server maintenance and support
- Microsoft operating systems and programs
- System application support for business users - ideally SAP, JIRA, MYSQL or similar
- Delivery user training support of user operating and application support
