Job Title: Trainee SAP Administrator - Change Control

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire - You will manage your own time between two Milton Keynes sites

Salary: up to £25,000 DOE + 28 Days' Holiday PLUS bank holidays, company bonus (up to £5,200 per year), healthcare etc.

Type of role: PERMANENT

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The role provides the opportunity to be fully trained on FI / SD / MM modules on SAP 6.0 and develop your skill within a challenging and exciting environment. It is to be a crucial component within the Logistics team as a change control administrator, ensuring all aspects within your own SAP 6.0 domain is maintained in the system. You will have to:

- Create, manage and process all data in regards to material change controls, maintenance and supply of materials to our partner suppliers and customers
- Maintain pricing records for all internal transfer materials across the UK and Ireland
- Ensure all SAP and related software is replicated according to external and internal guidelines
- Set up all new contracts on SAP, including Master Contracts for multiple sites and sales contracts for all other contracts with SD contract lead
- Liaise with Sales Contracts Team to ensure that all contracts are setup within a timely manner
- Ensure all contracts are recorded accurately and the financial breakdown is entered and recorded

ESSENTIAL skills, knowledge and aptitudes required

- Business Administration Qualification (or equivalent)
- Excel (Basic Training)
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent self-management skills
- Clean driving licence

DESIRABLE skills, knowledge and aptitudes required

- SAP Experience
- Ability to demonstrate a methodical, organised and flexible approach to work
- Ability to design and process a wide range of documents in accordance with instruction and house style, paying attention to detail
- SAP Materials Management Experience
- SAP FI Experience
- SAP Sales & Distribution Experience
