This domiciliary care provider is currently looking for a Female Home Care Assistant (community based), to join their dedicated team working in the communities of Poole, Bournemouth, and local surrounding areas.

You must have a car and a Driving licence to be considered for this role.

They are a team of experienced Community care support worker / Home Care Workers, dedicated to making their clients living conditions as comfortable as possible and allowing them to continue to stay in their own home for as long as they would like to.

They strive to achieve an optimum sate of health and well-being and a high quality of life in a safe, caring, relaxed, and homely environment. To them, their clients are like family. Our Motto is "Everything and More" for our clients.

Whilst they are an Equal Opportunities Employer, they do encourage Applications from Female Drivers* at this moment (March 2017).
*The Legitimate aim for objective justification for this specification within this position is that we have a requirement for Female Carers who will be actively caring for Female clients in a personal care environment which requires the Clients to retain their dignity. Nonetheless, we do welcome applications from anyone, and would consider any application (we anticipate an increase in demand for Male carers in the Spring 2017).

For this role, experience of working in the provision of care is a bonus, but if you do not have experience, you must be caring, compassionate, friendly and kind - they can give you all the other skills and experience that would be required to thrive in this role.
