30 hours per week

£20,156 - £22,085 per annum pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship and ATA Co-ordinator to join our Outstanding Business First Apprenticeship Team.

The main purpose of the post is to manage and co-ordinate administrative processes and functions in order to facilitate the most effective Apprenticeship provision as well as co-ordinating all requirements for the Apprenticeship Training Agency.

Key role elements include:

  • Train, manage and mentor the apprentices/trainees within the department to complete specific administration tasks.
  • Co-ordinating all ATA requirements for apprentices & employers. Ensuring all documentation is completed and all legal requirements are adhered to.
  • Support the Apprenticeship Team Leader with promotional activities such as implementing marketing and selling via general enquiries, telesales and open evenings.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate commitment and motivation to work as part of a team, it is essential that you have previous administrative experience within an office environment and have the experience of Microsoft Office packages to at least an intermediate level. You will also be required to hold a level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in Maths and English (or have the commitment to gaining within 24 months).
