The role is working in an inbound sales team essentially who are responsible for making initial contact with clients to the business. The calls will be with a wide range of potential customers, and following initial training you will provide initial advice and feedback depending on their circumstance.

Ultimately, the team aim is to set up a meeting with the Regional Manager, but also provide initial advice on any queries, an explanation of how the company works and are responsible for selling the company to the point of booking in a visit.

It’s a really lovely team - very busy and hardworking but there is a nice buzz about the floor.

We are ideally looking for someone with some sales experience (b2b would be a bonus) and evidence of achieving targets, high energy with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will need to be credible when giving information (You will receive full training).

Purpose of the role-

Our main aim and focus is to secure a visit with one of our Regional Managers during each call.

Maintain an accurate database and workflow system to smoothly and efficiently move potential new customers through the onboarding process successfully, keeping written records of the details and conversations that have taken place.

Essential Experience:

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Commercially minded - able to negotiate and influence
  • A high performer, driven to achieve sales targets
  • Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable Experience:

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • IT literacy of the following packages; Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability within a sales environment
  • Confident and able to use initiative
