I am looking for a Rosette Level Pastry Chef who lives for fresh food and classic dishes.
This exclusive Pastry Chef position is based at a beautiful hotel and we are looking for someone who lives and breathes the kitchen! You need to be innovative, and enjoy to thinking of new, exciting menu developments at the same time as absolutely nailing the basics. At Pastry Chef level, you also need to be a helping hand for junour members of the kitchen and a consistent support to the Head Chef, as well as being an absolute master of your craft.
Being able to drive will give you a real advantage for this one, as the property is located about an hour out of Edinburgh. I want to find someone committed (no CV hoppers please!!)
You will need to prove your right to LIVE and WORK in the uk so please have passports at the ready!
On offer for this position is up to £27k depending on experince.
