£28,000 - £31,600 per annum (£14.50 per hour + ) and paid breaks with excellent benefits

Time Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to work in a well-established and high specification specialist dementia centre which is renowned in the area for its high standards of care; the site offers intermediate care from lengthy hospital stays and offers long term dementia and palliative care also.

The ideal candidate is desired to have a good understanding of dementia care and experience caring for the elderly. The salary is attractive with paid breaks and overtime enhancements.

The home is award winning and specialises in the provision of palliative general nursing care and innovative dementia care following CCG recommendation and intake; the home is completely compliant and is modern, well-furnished and is supported heavily by experienced care staff and experienced nursing staff who are long standing alongside the support of clinical managers, clinical home managers and clinical auditors.

Your role as registered nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical care alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents

Before commencing the role you will receive a full two weeks induction and be supervised by other staff in this position; you will be able to enroll for paid training courses which will be provided by internal and external trainers whilst being endorsed for your NVQ qualifications and will receive your shift patterns well in advance; which is guaranteed as part of a well-structured home.
