Capacity Planning Manager
Retail is the largest area within William Hill with around 12,200 colleagues, who are at the heart of what we do. We make sure we provide the best training, resources and benefits in the industry to make our colleagues’ experience fun and enjoyable. And we’re looking for a Capacity Planning Manager to develop and manage accurate workforce planning models, forecasts and processes across our Retail Shops and Customer Service operations.
Our aim is to offer a consistent and enjoyable service to our customers by making William Hill the destination of choice. You’ll make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
By analysing data you’ll identify performance improvement opportunities and make sure we’re efficient. With budget in mind, you’ll review our resource requirements to optimise resources and deliver against plan. You’ll also work closely with our outsourced partner to make sure resources are accurately forecasted and planned to deliver the best service.
With your workforce management, commercial and / or financial planning experience, you’ll show us your quantitative skills by developing reports and producing meaningful management information. We use Excel a lot, so your excellent analytical and numeracy skills would set you up nicely here. You’ll also have good negotiation, presentation and influencing skills to challenge existing processes and propose new.
