I am looking for an experienced Office Manager (within financial services) to be based within a long standing and prestigious Financial Advisory firm in the City.

You will manage and develop your team and also be responsible for ensuring that HR and office support are provided and maintained

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate and consistent specialist advice and support to Financial Advisors and IFA Administrators on all aspects of company employment policy and employee relations issues.
* Provide management information to the senior management team and Board as required.
* Manage and motivate the team on a day to day basis
* Ensure that the HR system is effectively maintained and kept up-to-date.
* Ensure appropriate health and safety and risk assessment procedures are followed.
* Carry out improvements to work processes as required and identify areas where services can be improved.
* Assist in the management of the employee life cycle.

Key Skills/Attributes:

* 5 years + experience within the Financial Services industry
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
