3aaa Apprenticeships, a Grade 1 Outstanding Ofsted awarded training provider, specialising in the delivery of Professional Services Apprenticeships have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate Business and Administration Assessor to join our expanding and well-established team.

You will be actively visiting our learners in the workplace in addition to acting as a support network for them during their course here at 3aaa; using your experience to guide learners through their qualification and providing training to up-skill them where necessary.

Key duties include, not limited to:

    Forming and building key relationships with apprenticeships and clients.Monitoring and managing new sign-ups and visits to new learners and those already on course.Carrying out 1-2-1 reviews to provide continuing support to the learners on programme.Working together with learners to identify units which incorporate their daily work place duties, putting together an action plan for employer and tutor feedback.Actively identify potential leads whilst on visits for 3aaas to further the company’s reach.Coaching, mentor and assessing groups of young adults throughout their time with 3aaa to secure successful progression to an Apprenticeship, full-time job or further education.To retain on-programme learners, managing their learning and completion in line with the targets and objectives agreed in their Individual Learning Plan.
Person Specification

    Ideally come from a similar assessing background with 3+ years of real-world sector experience Experience of assessing up to L4TAQA Qualified up to level D32 & D33Outgoing, positive team player who can adapt easily to various situationsConfident in ‘workshop’ delivery of coursework and assessing in a range of work placesEffective time management skillsFlexible with location of work due to the area they will cover
You will need a driving license and own vehicle for the nature of this role.
