We have recently restructured our learning disability services to provide additional Senior Support Workers within our services and have increased the salary for this position. As such, we now have four vacancies available across West Sussex.

The role of Senior Support Worker involves role modelling good practice to the team and supporting staff to maintain consistently high standards of service delivery. Ideally you should have significant experience of supporting people with autistic spectrum condition, learning and physical disabilities.

As part of the management team, you will need excellent organisational skills and will be able to regularly update computerised records and documentation. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be regularly supporting client with meeting families, friends and other professionals.
