My Client is a bespoke property developer and they are looking to recruit a Marketing And Design Coordinator who will assist the Head of Marketing in the coordination, production and delivery of daily activities of the Marketing department with particular focus upon on creative content.

Key responsibilities of the role: 

Graphic Design:

- Art working of Business presentations of internal and external use.
- Production of internal business communications such as posters, newsletters and leaflets.


- Planning, concept, development and execution of marketing campaigns in line with sales events.
- Maintaining and developing the company website.
- Liaising with PR agencies on launch events and press events to assist in the production of press releases.
- Departmental administrative duties including raising purchase order numbers, raising of cheques request forms, new supplier forms and bank transfer requests.
- Ensuring all PPC ad copy is updated in line with current advertising messages and availability.

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience previously working within an estate agency, either designing or admin based roles.
- Will have a Marketing or Design degree.
- Experience in design software's such as In-Design, Photo-shop and illustrator are essential.
- HTML coding / Dreamweaver Adobe experience would be preferred but not crucial.
- A desire to work and progress in the property industry in essential.
