Residents Manager for Luxurious Residential Development
South West London
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £43,000 depending on experience

My client, a well-known property management company are currently recruiting for a Deputy Estate Manager/Residents Services Manager for one of their luxurious residential developments based in South West London to be main point of contact to the General Manager. The Residents' Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk, Doorman & Security; ensuring they create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets the development & its resident's needs and expectations.

Main duties shall include but are not limited to;

*To maintain effective all-round line management of the concierge team through delegation and co-ordination in addition to carrying out all regular concierge duties.
*Overseeing all staff administration including staff induction, training, annual rota, annual leave forms, overtime & return to work forms.
*To liaise between the General Manager, Managing Agent and occupiers ensuring that the requirements of all parties are met in the operation of the property and services.
*Service Manager is to act as the focal point of all activities that may be taking place within the development.
*To prescriptively promote additional services to occupiers when appropriate by cultivating professional interactions with occupiers and having in depth knowledge of all services offered. The Residents' Service Manager will train other concierge and doormen staff to follow suit.
*The Residents' Service Manager must ensure that any stock held is listed and kept to the stock levels required sending stock orders to the General Manager on a regular basis.
*Ensure the development is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work.
*To assist with the annual fire and health and safety risk assessments.
*To ensure CCTV cameras are monitored and images saved as necessary.
*To establish and maintain tenants and their representatives contact details so that they can be contacted if access to their property is required by Managing Agent, in an emergency or for verification purposes if access is required by a third party.
*It is essential that the Residents' Service Manager works with integrity to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of tenants and their guests.
*To report any defect or health and safety concern, no matter what its nature, to your line manager.

The successful candidate should have the following skills/experience;

*Substantial experience gained within a high end and customer focused establishment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Previous Managerial experience essential
*IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (highly desirable)
