We are looking for a highly confident person who has the capability to deal with a variety of PA, Events and Secretarial tasks. This is a dual role, offering variety and the chance to be a pivotal member of staff.

What will the role entail?

PA duties

o Diary management.

o Organising and managing an efficient filing and database systems.

o Responding to incoming correspondences.

o Researching and preparing briefing papers.

o Take minutes at meetings.

o Organising travel and accommodation arrangements both in the UK and internationally. Producing detailed itineraries

o Brief staff members and give instructions relating to the daily requirements.

Events duties

o Planning and executing events.

o Managing the diary for events.

o Arrange staffing requirements.

o Liaise with colleagues to arrange food, location etc.

What skills and attributes are required?

  • Advanced secretarial skills
  • At least 50 wpm typing speed
  • IT proficient, with some experience of using databases and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Mail merge.
  • Confidence and accuracy.
  • Ideally a degree, or equivalent professional training.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Very well presented
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Preferably working as a PA/EA in a household setting

You must be able to deal with a high volume workload and be used to working at a senior level with the demands this brings with it.
