An opportunity to join a growing company now seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to join the team.

This is a full time, permanent role to be worked over 40 hours per week.

The position will be initially based in Earls Court, London with a scheduled move to another site in London in a few months.

The successful candidate will also be required to travel to other sites throughout the Greater London area and to the Leatherhead, Surrey office.

The position will pay up to £25k per annum depending on skills and experience.

Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to full security and financial background checks.

The main duties of the Facilities Management Coordinator are to:

  • Be responsible for coordinating, supporting and assisting the management team

  • Support, assist and co-ordinate contract mobilisation and supply chain performance management activity
  • Manage small suppliers to gain experience of supplier management and contract management activities
  • Identify positive / negative trends in performance using available data to find continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality and performance and take proactive corrective action where necessary
  • Attend formal and informal meetings with the Supply Chain
  • Provide training and awareness sessions
  • Undertake evidence of contract management audits within SharePoint
  • Take and prepare minutes
  • Coordinate team dairies
  • Ensure all documents are ready for key supplier and client meetings
  • Adhoc and regular administrative duties

To be successful as the Facilities Management Coordinator you will:

  • Have experience working within a coordination/support position

  • Ideally have experience working in a Facilities/Supply Chain environment

  • Be happy to travel to other sites in London and to Leatherhead, Surrey when required

  • Be happy to undergo full security and financial background checks
