Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a full time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an exciting new role based in Oldbury. Ideally you will be immediately available or available at short notice. You will be responsible for looking after supplier accounts, making sure payment terms are met and dealing with queries in a prompt and courteous manner, as well as liaising with other departments to find resolutions. Tasks include matching and processing invoices, dealing with foreign currency payments and general accounts payable tasks such as supplier statement reconciliation.

You will have strong purchase ledger experience, superb communication skills and good customer service skills. You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys improving processes and delivering targets. The successful candidate must have good working knowledge of Microsoft excel.
