Reconciliations & Controls Team Leader
Ambridge Harris are recruiting for a client in Bath who are looking to recruit a Reconciliations & Controls Team Leader. The purpose of this role is to maintain and enhance service excellence to the company's clients and customers through delivery of and achieving SLAs. This includes BAU work pertaining to settlement and treasury services for both the nominee's and the customers. Also to support the continual development of a team of administrators through performance management techniques, motivating and promoting employees in recognition of their achievements, either on an individual or team basis. Challenging current methodology to achieve effective workflow and maximising operational efficiencies.
The Team Leader will be jointly responsible for the line management of the team, and as a role model demonstrating behaviours aligned to the company core values, to maximise team performance in delivering an outstanding service in line with agreed key performance indicators. In addition deputise when required for the Line Manager.
To be considered for this role you will need investment knowledge, understanding of the product range and FCA regulations. You will need strong CASS knowledge (CASS 6 to CASS 10) and be studying towards the IOC certificate or have the equivalent level experience.
